I want to send a picture to include in a Chest I purchased. How do I send the picture?
Many of our Chests include a picture frame. After the checkout process is complete, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Simply reply to this confirmation email with the desired picture attached and we will handle the rest! The picture will be included in the picture frame and shipped to the recipient!

How long does standard processing take?
Each Chest is ready to ship the same or next business day, and then ships with the shipping method selected during checkout.
If you need to meet a specific deadline, contact us and we will be able to tell you how long our current lead time is to see if your deadline will be met. If you need to receive your Chest faster, we will work with you and do our best to meet your deadline.
How much is shipping and handling?
Standard shipping and handling is calculated based on weight and also varies based on which shipping method is selected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long does shipping take?
You will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. Chests ship directly from our facility in Florida. Delivery typically averages 2-5 business days for Priority Mail, but may take longer due to postal delays and circumstances outside of our control. Delivery dates are always estimated and not guaranteed.
